I understand the intangibles listed above (I think). Now, could you tell me something about the technical advantages of building a Global Home?
That’s easy: A trim-less house such as a Global Home will save you the cost of super insulation. A Global Home does not need a footing down to the frost line, which saves on concrete. And, a Global Home can use wind power to help cool the house.

All of this sounds interesting, but certainly there are tradeoffs. What might I be giving up to live in a Global Home?
A few things, such as: extra living space, a heated garage, a formal dining room, a bathroom for everyone living in the house, a shingle roof and a basement. Oh, and higher utility bills – can’t forget about those.

Who do you know that could help me build my ideal Global Home?
Hire a professional home designer like Kenton Knowles! Kenton excels at seeing the big picture and translating it into details.

Anything else?
Global Homes are built with the latest technology. This technology = energy savings. Remember, fuel efficiency matters, even when it doesn’t matter. By planning for the long run, you’ll derive greater enjoyment from your Global Home and likely receive a higher re-sale value for it. Remember, Global Homes are homes for life!
